Programs in Systemic Strategy, Innovation & Sustainability

Except Academy teaches systemic strategy, innovation and sustainability with the Symbiosis in Development framework. The framework itself is free to read at ThinkSiD.org.

Programs run from a half-day session to a trajectory that stays inside one organization for as long as two years.

Programs are available in English or Dutch, in person or online, for groups and for individuals.

Both are open to individual registration, and they are where most people start.

  1. Half-day Introduction to Systems Thinking and Sustainability

    Four hours in which a group takes a subject it already works on and draws it as a system.

  2. SiD Fundamentals 3-day Integrated Sustainability Training

    Three days in a mixed team, taking real cases through the whole method, from goals to a map of the system to a roadmap.

Go deeper

These two are for people who already work with the framework and want to go further with it, in small groups.

    Two days on how systems behave, in a group of six to eight, worked on a case you bring.

  2. Exclusive Season Training Weeks

    A week away from the office, with field trips, spent taking one case all the way through.

Inside an organization

These run inside one organization, on the work it already has under way.

    A program built around what the organization is already trying to change, running from one session to two years.

  2. Train-the-Trainer

    For people who will be teaching this inside their own organization.
